Im struggling to transfer my old number to new ohone.


When I enter pac and transaction number it says the details are incorrect.

To rule out a browser and/cookie problem have you tried another browser?

And if its now auto filling make sure there’s not a spaces after each section - ie abc123<space>

 

Or if you still can’t, or don’t want to try another browser, try their Live Chat

When you are entering the transaction number, please ensure it is correct and the number beginning with 4.
