when entering pac code message says We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. 

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@scott2256   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Also, if not, does the transaction code you're using begin with a 4?
