Issue when trying to move old number to ID.

Just registered and trying to port my old number across, PAC code issued today but get error in title.  I take it my ‘transaction’ number is my order number?

This is the msg I get on screen..

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

You can submit your PAC via the iD customer service team, @rhill001.

Do this online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The iD Mobile customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7. Tell the bot you want to “talk to a person”.

Hi there @rhill001, welcome to Community!

The transaction code needs to be the one sent in the “Welcome to iD” email which begins with the number 4.

As kindly advised above by @andewhite, our live-chat can assist further if they haven’t already.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @Farzin Mazandarani, you will receive a text once your number switch completes.

Do you know what date you selected the switch to complete on please?

Thanks,

Tyler
