Keep getting error message when trying to switch from different provider

I have a PAC code to switch from EE, but keep getting an error message when inputting details to make the switch. This is immensely frustrating, as all my details are correct, but when I ask to speak to an agent, it tells me I have to wait 2 hours - I don't have time for this. Can anyone help, as otherwise I’m going to have to cancel the contract.
