hi, i just set up a new account and chose the option to keep my old number so i typed in my PAC when setting it up. but i just got a text from you saying i have a new number? i dont want to change number, can i please have some help

    When joining us, we will provide a temporary number to use until your requested number is ported over from your previous provider. 

    Did you pick a date for the port to take place?
