Question

Keep number from id to id

Hi I've got a new id plan and didn't realise that I couldn't keep my old number which was with id also. I mistakenly thought it would be simple to keep the number on the same network as knew it was easy to port from another network. Is there anyone I can speak to about this? I don't seem to be able to find a phone number to contact and anyone and live chat is taking too long it times out. Many thanks

This is standard across all networks. You would have to get a PAC code for the number you want to keep and transfer it to another network PAYG SIM. Then the day after transfer request another PAC code from the new network and then transfer back to iD.

Hey there @Fred Hitch, as kindly advised via @MZone, you’ll either need to complete a triangle port, where you transfer your number to another network on a PAYG SIM, then back to us on the new plan.

Or, cancel your new plan, and then upgrade via your account.

Thanks,

Tyler
