My wife's phone is trying to keep her old number. She was told it would be ready by 6pm Thursday

At the moment it can't make or receive calls

Hey there @Dorothy Woodburn, has she tried restarting her phone with the iD Mobile SIM card in?

Please also note that all ports complete between 8am-10pm, not 6pm, so if it’s due today, it should be completed by 10pm.
