Keeping Original Number

I have just ordered a new Unltd Data Sim only card. however it wasnt clear about the process of retaining my original mobile phone number and how long the switch will take.

in addition to this i was not able to set up a Direct Debit date .

 

I would like some clarity on the above

Okay ​@C.Mc, you’ll need to ask Three UK for a PAC and then give this to iD Mobile, to switch the number you want to keep to your iD account.

    You can request your PAC from Three anytime. The PAC will be active for 30 days and can be submitted to us when you are ready. 

    You can do this using our online form here.
