Joined iD mobile a few weeks ago, very happy with the service. However when trying to log into my Amazon account I sometimes have to try to log in seven or eight times before gaining access, getting the unhappy Amazon dog telling me there is a problem at their end. I was previously with Sky and never had this issue, I have tried uninstalling Amazon but this does not improve the situation

 

Does anyone have a solution please ? TIA

If it's only happens with the amazon app or website then the problem my be due to amazon. Do you suffer the same problem with say Google?

As kindly advised by ​@JoeKing, if the issue only occurs with Amazon, then naturally I’d suggest that this could be an issue with Amazon, so I’d recommend contacting them if the issue keeps persisting.

 

Of course, if they say it’s down to us, then please let us know.
