Bought a 12 month data only sim for my brand new iPad Air at Currys shop 4 weeks ago, went abroad (Greece) no roaming. Came home, went to Curry’s shop who contacted ID but no resolution. Problem is can’t get a PIN code to activate ID app because iPad won't receive texts. Been to Apple shop and they say that they don't support ID mobile. I find on this website a statement by ID employee (Tyler) who states that ID “ don’t support cellular functions with our SIM cards in any devices outside our approved handsetdevices”.I have tried to cancel my contract but told not possible. An obvious case of mis-selling. Next stop Trading Standards. Unless someone can provide a solution quickly.
