mobile data not working


Why is my mobile data not working, I have plenty of data and it is not a new sim card. Thanks

Hi @Murphyfamilyshopping, welcome to the community!

Is it just data that isn’t working? Do calls texts work as normal?

If so, it’s worthwhile checking that mobile data is switched on on the device. Resetting your network settings can also resolve an issue.

It is only the mobile data. 

 

The calls and texts work fine.

 

The mobile data setting is definitely turned on.

 

How do I reset the network settings?

I have a new iPhone 15 I have entered the sim but I cannot get any mobile data, not even allowing me to transfer from old phone ? Can anyone help?
