mobile number

Hello, I transferred my old number over with the PAC code when switching to ID Mobile in November. It has come to my attention that although this number works for calls, when I text the temporary number shows up instead of my actual number. If the recipient were to call this temporary number in return it would not work. Can you please advise how to align?
