Transferred to id mobile 17/8. iPhone 13 e-sim, retained old number. I cannot receive calls over network only by what’s app. I can send texts and make calls over network. Have updated latest Apple software. Can anyone help? 

After trying everything such as reset network turn iMessage and face time on/of. Rebooting etc I found a  telephone number for ID mobile complaints who advised  e-sim was the problem and raised  a report with technical team. Complaints advised they could either send an sim out or get one from curry’s.   Went to curry’s picked up a new SIM card. Curry’s gave me a number to ring. Sim changed over I could receive network calls from everyone EXCEPT my old provider.   After 48 hours technical team resolved the issue.
