I switched over a few weeks ago and my mobile number has still not been transferred. I provided PAC code in application and then again on 9/10. I received a text stating switch will take place on 10/10 but nothing happened. When I enter the PAC code again (it is still valid) to request transfer once more it now states there is an issue, but I still got a text stating switch will take place on 17/10. Just want to know what is the current status as I am still paying bill with old provider as well.
