Mobile number transfer has not been updated!

I recently transferred my mobile number from EE to ID mobile and it says the number has successfully transferred. However, I contacted EE to confirm that my contract with them has been terminated but they notified me that it was still active because my mobile transfer had not been updated by ID Mobile. What can be done to resolve this issue quickly? The live chat bot was absolutely no help what so ever and I have tried to get in contact with customer service but that was also a waste of time

Hi @SaraJ,

We are sorry to hear about this! When did you submit your PAC code to us and when you make calls/SMS is it showing the old number now? It can take up to 2 working days for the port to fully complete so I would expect EE to see the port completion after 2 days has passed.
