If I choose 1 month contract, do I have to renew it every month?

With a monthly contract, it will renew automatically. 

If at any time you wish to cancel, please notify us and we can put the steps in to place to deactivate the plan for you.

As in a rolling contract? I believe it ought to renew on it’s own every month.

In fact I’d be very suprised if it didn’t, considering I just had to have a “fight” with ID about them trying to charge me for services I didn’t recieve, out of contract - due to their tendency to keep your account open even out of contract / after repeated non-reciept of payment.

You shouldn’t have to do anything on your end to renew, so long as you have a Direct Debit set up.
Only need to actively do something to cancel.

You’re most welcome!

They shouldn’t do, they’re pretty good up until you have an issue - when it gets a little aggravating to navigate their customer service features.
My issue was primarily my own fault (missed payments), I just felt it inappropriate to pay for the entire three months of services I hadn’t recieved and instead offered to pay for two.

Should also be able to set a cap (of £0 should you wish) on excess charges in your app!
