When you say it won’t work, can you clarify further what you mean by this?

Yes he got a phone from mobile.co.uk and when the switch happened his phone won’t take calls or texts he used the eSIM I think he needs a new sum

He can’t as he cannot log into his account as the password doesn’t get sent we are abroad and cannot access social media this is extremely frustrating as I keep getting the same response but he cannot access any social media or accounts we need a phone number or email
