I got a new phone and sim 2 days ago and the sim has yet to activate , nothing I've tried has worked

You shouldn’t need to activate a new SIM from iD Mobile, @Sutherland TTanya

Customers receive an activated iD SIM, so it’s ready to use with their new handset.

Sounds like your SIM is faulty or there’s a problem with your iD account.

I’d recommend the above from @andewhite, iD SIM cards are activated upon dispatch and wouldn’t need activating later.
