Hi,I've received a text saying my number has now transferred over. I can send and receive texts and call out but I cannot receive calls. If my number is called it goes straight to voicemail or rings my old phone.What do I do?

My ‘old’ SIM stopped working around 11am on the date of my switch - so ~5-hours without network services in my case.
