My order hasnt come through


Last night I bought the monthly £9 60gb sim only deal and I selected to get it as an e sim, however I have not received any email following up on the order and I can’t find the order or reference numbers anywhere

If you still don’t have an update your order may not have processed.

I would advise contacting Live Chat for an update.

I ordered a contract last night but I’ve had no confirmation email but it’s saying me my contract on my downloads? It is the correct email so I’m a bit confused seems a lot of people are having the same problem

I ordered a contract phone , it then said processing ordered but it refreshed and I’ve had no confirmation or text.
