My sim hasn't switched yet and my old provider has already cut me off since yesterday

My phone was scheduled to switch yesterday, my old provider cut me off and I'm still waiting on your end to switch me over with my old number

@Caz P  It may well happen by end of day, but if it's still hasn't  you'll have to get back to us.

Sometimes there's delays in switching over for all types of different reasons.

We are sorry to hear there is a delay with the switching of your number. 

Have you rebooted the handset or performed a manual network search in the last 24 hours?
