need help about registering another account

I can't get help anywhere tried live chat etc. I have 2 accounts listed on my app had to have help j got in a muddle 

I have bought new SIM only one for my son needs to add it to the app?   How do I register it I got confused before.  Also do I  put in your new number and  how do I give the pac code.  J don't know where to start please help

Thank you for getting back in touch. 

 

I can confirm that you will need to add the new plan onto the account with the existing plans. Please follow these steps after logging into the existing plan:

 

Navigate to the 'Home' screen. Tap 'View your plans'. Tap 'Add new plan'. Then enter the details of the new plan.

 

You are more than welcome to get in touch with us via live chat to submit the PAC code as this will not affect the registration of the new plan.

We’re sorry to hear that this has been confusing, and we completely understand how having multiple accounts on the app can make things feel a bit overwhelming.

 

To add the new SIM Only account to the iD Mobile app, you would first need to register the new account using the new iD Mobile number that came with the SIM.

 

To register the new account:

  • Go to the iD Mobile app or website
  • Select “Register”
  • Enter the new iD Mobile number linked to the new SIM
  • Follow the verification steps to create the login

If you already have an existing app account, you can then add the second account afterwards within the app.

 

Regarding the PAC code:


You would only provide the PAC code if you want to move your son’s old number across onto the new SIM Only plan.

You can submit the PAC by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app
  • Going to “My Services”
  • Selecting “Switch or Keep Number”
  • Entering the PAC code and the old number you wish to transfer

Please make sure the PAC is submitted before the expiry date provided by the previous network.

 

However, to avoid any confusion or mistakes with the transfer, we would strongly recommend contacting our Live Chat Team so that an agent can submit the PAC request on your behalf and ensure everything is completed correctly.

Hi Owethu thank you so much for clear  list helping me.  I just get confused..... I already have the app with two other numbers working fine on the app... Is it on my EXISTING app where I add this new one please?  Will it say Register?

Also will it be better to contact help and get PAC changed Before adding it don't want to get in a muddle
