Hi, I have recently moved to I’d and my phone has transferred over now I have no network coverage? Nothing on my phone is working unless through WiFi?

Hi there ​@Emmacgildersleve 

The most obvious things to ask are:

  • when did you move to iD?
  • when you say your phone transferred over, do you mean your number?
  • if it was your number was day did you ask for the number to change over?
  • have you restarted your phone after going live with iD?
  • are you using a physical SIM or an eSIM?
  • is the phone unlocked to all UK networks?
  • if it is do you see iD as your network?

This might be a simple fix, but answering some of the above (yes I know what a lot to ask) might point us in the right direction

Has your number switch completed, and do you have the iD SIM card in your phone?

 

Have you tried restarting the phone?
