I've bought a 60GB monthly sim - transferred my old number but no data / calls or roaming - am going abroad tomorrow for four weeks!!

Is your iD eSIM setup as the primary line for calls, SMS texts, and mobile data, ​@Prussik

Hey there ​@Prussik, sorry to hear that. When you say no data, do you mean it shows you have no data to use, or it’s simply not working?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Simply not working - can't use the internet on 4g with WiFi turned off and can't open ID mobile app

Hi there ​@Prussik, sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings?

 

What happens when you try the iD Mobile app please?
