new activated account unable to make calls

I’m a new paid up user who has activated her account, but I am unable to use my account to make calls and I can’t reach support to help me.

What phone do you have?
Have you received the ‘Welcome to iD Mobile’ email that shows your number has been ported over?
Have you tried the Live Chat option to speak to an adviser?

Type ‘Talk to a person’ in the message box to bypass the questions.
