My daughter has set up her new iD eSIM on her iPhone (received yesterday) but isn’t getting any service. It worked for a few hours then totally stopped working. In her settings it lists Cellular Data but we’re in the UK so it should say mobile data. We’ve tried everything so any help would be hugely appreciated! Thank you 🙏

Sorry to hear this, does the device recognise there’s a SIM (or eSIM) in the device or is it saying there’s no SIM?

Thank you sooo much for getting back to me but my daughter ended up bringing her phone to Curry’s and they sorted it out.

I recieved my new phone I was told by ID the date when I can use my phone with my old number, on the date, my phone worked for a few hours then nothing!!! Now only works using WiFi, shocking service !!! Can’t speak with anyone ???

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having.  My daughter had similar problem and ended up going into Curry’s to get help since nothing she did worked. They gave her a physical sim to replace the esim and thst did the trick.

I too went to my local EE shop, who managed to sort out my problem… I’ve had so many problems with my phone which were supposed of been sorted  when I received my phone ie change of number to my own number, I had a job going through this app to sort that, which was finally resolved by ID but my service wasn’t resolved by ID and by EE, although my phone now works fine, I’ll definitely not be returning to ID … it’s cheap for a reason, I’ll remember that with my next contract …. Roll on till the end of my contract …. Thankyou anyway, your advice was taken, just took me ages to reply x
