My daughter has set up her new iD eSIM on her iPhone (received yesterday) but isn’t getting any service. It worked for a few hours then totally stopped working. In her settings it lists Cellular Data but we’re in the UK so it should say mobile data. We’ve tried everything so any help would be hugely appreciated! Thank you 🙏

Thank you sooo much for getting back to me but my daughter ended up bringing her phone to Curry’s and they sorted it out.
