I have started a new contract with ID mobile, switching over from O2. i got my welcome email form ID mobile and it included a new number even though I want to keep my old number. I used a pac code when i registered, so i wanted to verify that i will be keeping my old number

Hey there ​@Yousef Hafez, welcome to iD!

 

When you join, even when you transfer your number to us, you’ll receive an iD Mobile number, no matter what. Once your port completes, all emails will include your ported number as your iD number will be replaced by it.

Oh, now I see what you meant.

 

Being a community forum, if staff started deleting entire posts this would likely cause more hassle than simply removing personal data. Plus by leaving these posts viewable it may help others in the future.

 

(and when I said I flagged it, I meant your mobile number only)
