New customer - problems with transaction number & pac

Hi I entered my pac number when I purchased the contract via Carphone warehouse. 
 

my old number hasn’t come across 

 

im now trying to do it manually but i cant find my transaction number anywhere 

 

can you please help

    You should find your transaction code beginning with “4” within your “Welcome to ID email”.
