new phone but no sim card

I ordered a new phone and SIM card switching from o2 to id mobile. I received the handset but no SIM card was in the package. The phone arrived over a week ago, should the SIM have been delivered with the phone? Thanks

    Have you checked the mobile number displayed in your iD account online or using the app?

    ​@andewhite i can’t get into my id account as it’s sending a code to the mobile number I don’t have a sim car for!

    Is there an option to get the code by email instead, ​@tjamesmcmaster? 

    If there’s only one option for getting a verification code, it would seem to be a poor design.

    SIM cards are delivered separately, within 3-5 working days.

     

    What date did you order, and what date did you receive the phone please?
