new phone sim is not working

Hi i’ve recently got a phone with id and my sim is not working in my new iphone 15 it is just saying invalid sim

    ​@Trickarh96  Sorry to hear you having problems with your new device and sim.

    Did you already have a working ID mobile Sim card or was this a package deal Phone and Sim card. 

    How long have you had this phone? 

    Try taking your Sim card out of the device and check and match the location of the Sim card to the Sim tray when replacing it back into the Sim tray. You may have placed the Sim card incorrectly. 

    Turn off device and turn back on to see if this makes any difference.

    Can you try the SIM in another device at all to see if it works?

     

    Does nothing work at all, data, calls texts and no signal?
