I am a new customer with a new Nothing Phone 2(a) handset.
I’ve received a voicemail but when I dial 123 it connects but with no audio or instructions to setup my voicemail access.
Please can someone advise on how to resolve this so I can retrieve my voicemail message.

I have resolved this myself.
The Nothing Phone 2a has two SIM slots and while my phone was working OK with the sims in slot 2, moving it to slot 1 has resolved the voicemail connectivity issue.
