Hi

 

i am new to ID mobile, the SIM card is not working properly in the phone it’s for but works fine in a Samsung. The phone it is meant to work in is an iPhone 11. But at the moment i can’t use it for texts or calls or mobile data?

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the service at the moment. 

Can you please check the handset is showing your iD Mobile number correctly? 

It will need to start with +44 and not 0, so for example +447123456789.

 

You can check this by selecting Settings - Phone - My Number. 

You will also be able to edit and save the number if it is incorrect.
