No data, calls and texts are working

I bought id mobile yesterday and my calls and texts are working and my number is going to be switched on the 4th however my data is not working despite it saying in the app that I have 50GB. Any help available?

    Sorry to hear this, data isn’t working at all or it’s slow?

     

    Have you tried resetting your network settings in your device?
