No mobile service

I’ve had confirmation that my switch to iD using a PAC code and an e-sim has been successful. Except it hasn’t as my old service is disconnected & I have no mobile service now.

The settings just show ‘web’ as opposed to iD and my e-sim details. I tried to load the e-sim again but it says it’s now expired.

I’ve turned the phone off and on, but no joy. Any advice please?

Hi

My mobile service has connected, thank you. The one thing that won’t work is using my phone number for iMessage which no-one seems able to resolve 🤷‍♂️ I have tried everything in the guidance, but no joy yet….
