no sim card

I've switched over yesterday (27th March at 10pm) but haven't recieved an sim card and now I'm not connected to a network. Please help

SIM cards are delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

If you’re in urgent need of a SIM card, you can collect one for free from any Currys store.

    ​@Jackstar  Hello there you can go to a Curry's store and pick up a Sim card.

    Once you've done that you'll need to activate the Sim card, to do so log into the Live Chat 

     https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

    Type in the message box Speak to someone, and an agent will. Get back to you
