No transaction number

I did not get the welcome email so do not have a transaction number to change to my old number

Without your transaction number, probably best to submit your PAC by using the iD online Live Chat service, and then speak to the iD customer service team, @Mia Bailey

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “speak to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The iD advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
