My welcome email arrived about 1-month after I joined iD Mobile, ​@awasthi76

To submit a PAC, without a transaction number, contact iD customer service using their online iD Live Chat service - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

You should tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”, to speak with an adviser.
