Not able to switch from O2 to ID Mobile

I purchased ID mobile phone and sim plan in mid august. However, my O2 contract was still valid so I did not activate the new number or port my existing number to ID mobile.

Today, when I activated my sim and tried to port my number using PAC code, it is giving me the following error - 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

 

I triple checked the details I am submitting and they are all okay, but still I am not able to switch. Can someone please help.

It sounds like the port may need to be processed manually.
