Not receiving calls from mobiles

I've just switched today to iD from Tesco Mobile. I got a text from iD at 1pm to say the switch is complete. Everything is working fine except when somebody calls me from their mobile it's going to my old phone. 🤔 I can receive landline calls and text messages to my new phone (Samsung Galaxy s24) and I can call people no problem. If somebody phones me on a landline or sends a text it'll only go to my new phone so it's not a case of everything going to both phones.

 

Live chat is useless, I can't get past the automated questions as it keeps going around in circles. 🙄

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”, @Gphil

Otherwise, have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your new Galaxy S24, @Gphil

Your Samsung handset user guide should explain the resetting procedures.

Do you still require any assistance on this?

 

Ports can still take up to 10pm to fully complete so it may be worth allowing through to that time.

Hi

Myself and my wife uses id mobile and both of us are not receiving calls from other mobiles and landline numbers. We are able to make calls, send and receive messages. Only issue is not receiving calls.

 

Please let us what need to be done here
