I've just switched today to iD from Tesco Mobile. I got a text from iD at 1pm to say the switch is complete. Everything is working fine except when somebody calls me from their mobile it's going to my old phone. 🤔 I can receive landline calls and text messages to my new phone (Samsung Galaxy s24) and I can call people no problem. If somebody phones me on a landline or sends a text it'll only go to my new phone so it's not a case of everything going to both phones.
Live chat is useless, I can't get past the automated questions as it keeps going around in circles. 🙄
