Not receiving texts

I recently switched to ID from Sky and immediately transferred to my old number using a PAC code. Since then I have been able to make and receive calls but I'm not getting or receiving texts. I can't log into the ID mobile app because you need a coffee texted to you. I'm worried I'm missing important texts. Anyone know what I can do?
