How long have you been waiting?

I received mine reasonably quickly. Within a few hrs I think. Stupid question time: Are you sure you entered the ‘correct’ email address?  Has any transaction cleared?

I bought a new phone around a month ago now but only just got around to trying to change it over but I have no email or texts with the welcome message that it says I would’ve received 

You can actually give your PAC to iD Mobile using their Live Chat service, if you don’t have your transaction number, @Kieron Rawlins.

My transaction number was on the paper invoice I received with the item ordered from iD.
