Ok let’s see if this plummets to the bottom of the forum list. I have moved over from EE, I provided ID with my PAC and the transfer date chosen was 28/05. I have the text message confirming this date, however we are now 4 days later and my number has not transferred. I have attempted to re-enter my pac and the website considers this an ID to ID number transfer and refuses to accept the change (so it’s somewhere in the system). I have even signed up with for this account using my old EE number and it again considers it an ID phone number. Could an admin re-attempt the transfer and sort this mess out? Thanks
