number hasnt transfered fromprevious provider

Hi, I joined ID about a week ago, and requested to keep my old number. I submitted my PAC code with a transfer date of 30th Sept (today). 
I saw previous post saying it can take up to 10pm, and to turn the phone off and on again, which I’ve done. 
it’s now 10:25 and my number still hasn’t transferred. 
 

please can you advise what my next steps are?

Does your old provider’s SIM card still work, @davenp99

I’ll need to check, if it does, should I request another PAC code?

Has the original PAC expired, @davenp99

A UK PAC is valid for 30-days - if your PAC’s still valid you’ll need to wait for your PAC to expire before you can request another one.

Hi Tom, yes. All sorted. The number transfer was just a day late.
