I haven’t received an answer to my last question, please could an iD representative please get back to me?
My previous number was supposed to transfer 1 week ago to my new iPhone 13 but I still cannot make calls or receive any texts. I’ve tried restarting my phone but no luck.
I really need to get this fixed asap. Not being able to receive OTPs is making it impossible to use various important features.
Please could a member of the iD staff look into this? Many thanks
