number transfer

My old phone number should of been transfered from o2 to ID yesterday but has not . What can I do to get this sorted.

Perhaps best to have an online chat with an iD customer adviser, @Graham Mccormick. 

Try https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
