I recently switch from EE to ID Mobile and requested an eSIM and sent a PAC with my order.  The eSIM appears to have been installed but my old mobile number has not been transferred to the eSIM. I can make outgoing calls but it shows the ID Mobile issued number at the receiving end.  If I call my mobile using the ID Mobile issued number it gets through, if I call my old mobile number it goes to a voice mail box of my old network provider. I have removed the physical SIM of my old network provider. My phone is an iPhone XS Max. Please advise how I can get my mobile transferred.
