i am looking to get my old number activated 

 

my id sim arrived today and it is not my old number it is a new number 

 

can you please add my old number

Have you used the iD Mobile port form?

 

https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/

 

You’ll be able to use this to provide us with your PAC code from another network to begin transfer of your number.
