Onboarding is pretty bad

It's not super obvious or intuitive that you have to have a second login for the community/support pages. Why would you ask people to download the app. Then when they look for help send them to community pages that require another signup?

 

It's a bad design, and likely the reason for most of the posts saying they can't login to the website.

I’m sorry you feel that way, the community site is completely separate to the app/website for accounts, so there wouldn’t be a way to unify them.

 

Most of the posts about being unable to log in/register are nothing to do with the community and are about the app/website for accounts, browsing the community would not require a log in.
