Hi my husband has tried to place an order twice and it doesn’t seem to be going through? Has checked junk and also the payment has not came out?

For reasons that I have no clue as to why, this appears to be happening on a fairly common basis lately🙄. I would guess to say the Black Friday deals have overwhelmed their system - IDK

 

Though for some the transactions do go through and they end up with 2 orders🤐

 

Normally I would say go to their live chat, but it might be better to call their sales team on 0207 139 1397 during normal business hours.
