Hi, I sent my  pac code 6 days ago for my old number and contacted old provider and they advised to contact new provider. Can you advise please. Thanks

What date was your port scheduled to complete?

 

It can take between 8am and 10pm on the date scheduled, is your old network’s SIM still working?

Hi Tom, 

Thank you - Yes my current SIM is still working. I think that this may be the problem. When I tried to use the PAC code on the ID APP it said it had already been used and did not give me a date for transfer
